Aspinall Wright remain open for business and remain available to assist and advise with your legal requirements.
Regrettably, and in order to comply with Government Regulations, there is now limited access to the office.
However the office remains open. We ask that you kindly contact us by telephone or email. If you have documents to deliver then they can be posted through the letterbox on the corner door but if that is impossible please telephone reception to arrange for them to be handed in. If you have to collect documents please telephone reception to make arrangements for that. However if you are unwell or are displaying symptoms, then our reception staff cannot have any direct contact with you.
Some of our staff are already working from home and we are operating social distancing procedures. With our investment in technology we are able to continue working from home with full telephone access as normal and modern Case Management Systems to work remotely upon your matters. We have secure cloud-based software and full email, Skype or Facetime capability to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.
If meetings are required we will conduct them by telephone or by Skype, Whatsapp or Facetime where possible, but some essential meetings may take place by special arrangement. Please contact reception first.
We are available for new business and expect to be able to complete transactions and matters, almost as usual.
It is the case that ordinary systems and procedures have to be modified slightly. In conducting our business, we are also reliant on other legal firms, partner organisations, public institutions, (including the Courts), and our partner suppliers maintaining their systems and efficiency too. As such, there may be occasions when the high level of service which you will usually experience from Aspinall Wright may not be possible, but we will do our upmost to maintain the high standards that we set ourselves.
It is perhaps inevitable, in the daily changes that we are experiencing, together with the potential for illness, that adjustments may be necessary and certain matters will be delayed or will not proceed entirely as anticipated.
Please note that you should not expect a response to your emails and telephone calls within 24 hours, but rest assured, they will be attended to as promptly as possible.
We would ask that you all bear this in mind, but please be assured that Aspinall Wright will be doing their utmost to deal with your matter and will be available to discuss your needs.
